Botanical name: Raphanus Sativus
Japanese Radish is a medium sized, oval, rusty, coloured seed. If you like radishes you're going to love radish sprouts. Every radish sprout seems to have the flavour of a fully grown radish. One of the easiest seeds to sprout and great for growing as Micro Greens.
Nutritional Value:Low in Saturated Fat, very low in Cholesterol, and a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Copper and Manganese, also a very good source of Dietary fibre, Vitamin C, Folate and Potassium.
Germination:1-3 days depending on growing conditions.
